Incredible views and spacious accommodation!

My stay was fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious with panoramic windows showcasing the stunning Chicago skyline, making every moment special. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. However, I found the dining options limited, with no breakfast options available other than room service.

The service was unbelievably frustrating. Despite the 'luxury' status, my check-in experience was downright annoying as I had to wait for quite a while while the front desk staff attended to another call. On top of that, the in-room dining experience was a total disaster. my breakfast was taken back because they ignored my request for staff entry when the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was up. When I called to resolve the issue, the attitude of the staff only added to my anger.

Had a fabulous stay! The room was massive and spotless. The views were to die for! The fitness center is a gem, just wish I had time for the fancy spa.

But honestly, who prices a soda at $8? I nearly fainted-I'm not in a gold-plated vending machine!

The deluxe king room with city view was amazing! It had a kitchenette for morning coffee, a large bed, and a super comfy sofa. The fitness center, steam room, and pool were awesome. Staff were super helpful, especially Ana and Luis. Breakfast at Terrace 16 was delicious and the view of the city was stunning.

We loved the signature cocktails from the outdoor lounge, taking in the lovely views of Navy Pier's weekly fireworks show. The luxurious room, with the added touch of soft Trump robes that our whole family enjoyed. It was a perfect family getaway!

In my wife’s opinion, they could improve the kids' menu options for a more family-friendly experience.
